A Quick Look at our Business Model
The ClubShop Mall is owned and operated by the Discount Home Shoppers' Club, on behalf of our membership. In exchange for the benefits listed below, each ClubShop Merchant agrees to pay the DHS Club a commission on any purchases made from them, by our Members.
Typically, at least half of the commission paid to the DHS Club by a Merchant is returned to the purchasing Member in the form of Reward Points. These Reward Points can be redeemed for Gift Cards or Certificates or as Cash Back Rebates.
Note: If your store or business offers Gift Cards or Certificates, can offer them for Reward Points redemption and the DHS Club will pay you directly for them.
Most of the other half of the commission paid to the DHS Club is paid out to our VIP Members (Sales and Marketing Representatives, Managers and Directors) as Referral and Override Commissions.
The balance is retained by the DHS Club to pay our staff and overhead expenses.
ClubShop Merchant Benefits
Regardless of the size of your company, having your store or business listed at the ClubShop Mall has a number of benefits. They include:
• Minimal upfront costs (if any) to become a ClubShop Merchant and be listed and advertised at our Mall, in newsletters and in email communications to our Members.
• Immediate exposure of your products and/or services to our huge membership organization.
• Having an entire VIP team of marketing representatives, sales managers and directors, and DHS Club staff, marketing your products and/or services on your behalf at no cost to you, until after a sale is made.
These efforts include online advertising, Search Engine advertising, webpage advertisements and banners and classified advertisements; media advertisements - television, radio, magazines and newspapers; email advertisements to our Members; and offline referral marketing by distributing our ClubBucks Rewards cards.
• Having a built in customer loyalty program (our ClubRewards Program) to gain repeat business and referrals.
Three Ways To Become Listed At The ClubShop Mall
1. Online Mall Store (Automated) - If you use or have a sub-affiliate tracking program to automatically track and report purchases and commissions by the ID number of our purchasing Member (in addition to providing the DHS Club with credit for the purchase), you can become a ClubShop Merchant and be listed and advertised at our ClubShop Mall with no initial or upfront costs or fees. The only cost to you, will be to pay the DHS Club the agreed to commission after the sale has been made.

2. Online MarketPlace Store 
- If you do not use or do not have a sub-affiliate tracking program to automatically track and report purchases and commissions by the ID number of our purchasing Member, but you do have online order forms and/or a shopping cart that would allow our Members to provide you with their ID number, then you can become a MarketPlace Merchant and be listed and advertised at our ClubShop Mall.

3. Offline Store or Business - If you have a "bricks and mortar" store or offline business, you can become a ClubBucks Merchant to accept our ClubBucks Rewards Card or Certificates, with no initial or upfront costs.
